In short: Bookings with Positano Limo Service are made in two steps. First you send a free booking request with the form; our office reviews it within 12 hours. Then you receive an email with a secure Nexi payment link, valid for 48 hours, that verifies your card with a €0.01 charge and confirms the booking. The service itself is usually paid to the driver at the end, by card or cash. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the service.

Do I pay anything when I submit the booking form?
No. The form sends a booking request to our office. Nothing is charged until we confirm your booking and you complete the secure payment link.
How long does it take to confirm my booking?
We review every request within 12 hours, usually much sooner. You then receive an email with the booking details and a secure payment link.
What is the €0.01 charge?
When you open the secure Nexi payment link, your card is verified with a €0.01 charge and you accept the booking terms. It guarantees the booking; it is not the payment for the service.
How long is the payment link valid?
The link is valid for 48 hours; once opened, it must be completed within 15 minutes. If it expires, write to us and we send a new one. Bookings without a completed link are cancelled automatically.
When do I pay for the service?

Yes. Write it in the special instructions field of the form, with the age of the children or the assistance you need.
Can I book the Capri tour, a wedding or a chauffeur by the hour here?
No. These services are quoted by email: the Capri Private Day Tour, weddings and private events, and the chauffeur at your disposal by the hour.
