No full payment is required directly on this website.

After receiving your request, our team will review it and approve the reservation within 12 hours.
You will receive a notification via email once the service has been approved.

Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive our official confirmation message.

Payment Options

Once your reservation has been approved, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to ask how you would prefer to proceed with payment:

• Pay the total amount via a secure online payment link, or

• Pay a 10% deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance payable directly to the driver at the end of the service

Payment Policy

Due to ongoing technical issues and limitations with international card payments—particularly with cards issued outside the European Union—we have temporarily removed direct online payments from our website.

To ensure a smooth, secure, and reliable booking process for all our international clients, we offer flexible and transparent payment solutions:

• A 10% deposit may be required to confirm your booking

• The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver at the end of the service

• Alternatively, a secure payment link can be provided upon request
