Important Information — Booking & Payment Policy
1. Reservation Request & Approval
By submitting the form below, you are sending a reservation request. No payment is processed at this stage.
After receiving your request, our team will review it and respond within 12 hours, sending you an official confirmation by email once the service has been approved.
Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive our official confirmation message.
2. Credit Card Guarantee
To secure your reservation, valid credit card details are required at the time of booking. The card is held as a guarantee only and will not be charged automatically.
Any charge will be processed exclusively after the following two conditions are both met:
- Our team has officially approved the service, and
- You have provided your explicit consent to the charge
You will always be informed in advance of the exact amount and timing of any payment. No charges are ever made without your prior authorization.
3. Payment Options
Once your reservation has been approved, our team will contact you by email or WhatsApp to agree on the preferred payment method. Depending on the type of service, one of the following options will apply:
- Full payment in advance via a secure online payment link
- Partial deposit (typically 10%) to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance payable directly to the driver at the end of the service
- Full payment to the driver at the end of the service — available on selected routes and services at our discretion
Our team will clearly indicate which options are available for your specific reservation during the confirmation process.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. For this reason, we offer a flexible cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled service — no charge will be applied
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the reserved service
To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. We always do our best to accommodate last-minute changes whenever operationally possible.
5. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods including major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment links. Our team will be happy to guide you in selecting the option that best suits your needs during the confirmation process.
