Important Information — Booking & Payment Policy
1. Reservation Request & Approval
By submitting the form below, you are sending a reservation request. No payment is processed at this stage.
After receiving your request, our team will review it and respond within 12 hours.
Once the service is approved, you will receive an email with a secure payment link for the required deposit.
Important: The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the link. If the payment is not completed within this timeframe, your reservation request will be automatically cancelled.
Your booking is officially confirmed only after the deposit has been successfully processed.
2. Deposit & Payment Policy
To secure and finalize your reservation, a deposit (or full payment, depending on the service) is required via a secure online link sent by our team after approval.
48-Hour Deadline: The secure link remains active for 48 hours. Failure to process the payment within this window will result in the immediate cancellation of your transfer request.
Credit Card Guarantee: In specific cases, credit card details may be held as a guarantee. However, the final validation of the booking always depends on the successful payment of the requested deposit.
3. Payment Options & Balance
Once your reservation request is reviewed, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to provide the payment link. Depending on the type of service, one of the following options will apply:
Partial Deposit: A deposit (typically 10% to 20%) paid online within 48 hours to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance payable directly to the driver at the end of the service (in cash or by credit card).
Full Payment in Advance: Total amount paid via the secure online link within 48 hours of approval.
Our team will clearly specify the applicable payment option and amount during the approval process.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy based on the following terms:
Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
Late Cancellation & No-Show: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, as well as failure to show up at the designated meeting point, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a charge of the full service amount.
