Welcome to Positano Limo Service, the trading name of PL Service Tour & Transfer, a licensed NCC (private hire with driver) company founded in 1999, Via Vincenzo Gioberti 6, 80031 Brusciano (NA), Italy, VAT IT09105711213. Thank you for choosing us for your private transfers and tours. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and confirmation

• Submitting the form on our website is a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. No payment is taken at this stage.
• Our office reviews every request and replies by email, usually within a short time.
• Once approved, you receive a confirmation email with a secure Nexi payment link.
• Opening that link lets you accept these terms and verify your card with a €0.01 charge. This only confirms that the card is valid and keeps it as a guarantee; it is not the price of your service.
• Your booking is confirmed only once this step is completed. Please complete it within 48 hours of receiving the link; otherwise the request is automatically cancelled.

2. Prices

• Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and are fixed when we confirm your booking.
• They include the driver, fuel, tolls, parking and VAT. Entrance tickets, guides, meals and ferry tickets are not included unless stated.
• A stop on the way (for example in Pompeii) includes 2 hours plus 30 minutes free; extra time costs €60 per hour per vehicle.

3. Payment

• In most cases, the balance is paid directly to the driver at the end of the service, in cash or by credit card.
• Cash payment may sometimes be required, depending on the service; when this applies, our office tells you clearly before confirming.
• Occasionally we offer a discount for cash payment.
• During busy periods, a deposit may be charged on the guarantee card, usually around 48 hours before the service. We always contact you before charging any amount.
• If you pay by card on the day and the driver does not have a card reader available, your card is charged only after you are in the vehicle and have given your approval.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure online payment via Nexi. All card transactions go through encrypted, secure systems.

4. Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Any amount paid is fully refunded.
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are charged 100% of the total service cost.
• If your cancellation is caused by a cancelled flight or train, you are not charged.
• To cancel, email support@positanolimoservice.com or contact us by phone or WhatsApp, with your full name, the date of the service and the type of service.

5. No-show policy

If you do not appear at the agreed pick-up location and have not cancelled in advance, the full amount of the service is charged.

6. Changes to your booking

If you need to change your transfer or tour, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee last-minute changes, but we will do our best, subject to availability.

7. Delays and waiting time

Flight or train delays are not a problem: we monitor your flight or train, and we never charge extra or cancel your service because of a delay. At the airport, your driver waits for you for up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra cost.

8. Acceptance of terms

By completing the secure Nexi link, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, including the payment, cancellation and no-show policies. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
