Booking and Payment

• To make a reservation, you must provide valid payment details.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without any penalty.
• To request a cancellation, please send an email to support@positanolimoservice.com with the following details:
  
  • Full Name
  • Date of Booking
  • Type of Service
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost.

No-Show Policy

• If the customer does not show up at the agreed pickup location without prior cancellation, the full amount of the service will be charged.
